Does somebody know why they changed the way the feed is when you're shopping for something on Amazon? Now after so many items you have to hit next and get to a new page instead of just a continuous feed, which is getting to be pretty frustrating because what if I saw something on the fourth page and I wanted to compare it to something I also like on the first page or usually I can't remember what page I saw it on and you have to switch thru pages instead of just scrolling up and down like it used to be! Even worse is when I'm somewhere that has sub-par Wi-Fi and every time I switch Pages it's so slow I forgot everything I was trying to remember to compare it to I've gotten so frustrated to the point I've given up and gone back to Walmart, I wish people would learn "if it ain't broke don't fix it"! And while I'm asking questions can anybody tell me when the confirmation emails stopped telling you what the product is you purchased just the dollar amount because I honestly makes so many orders the dollar amounts mean nothing to me I want to know what the email is pertaining to, give me the name of the product I purchased in my confirmation receipt
you might want to talk to Customer Service - I've always had to go page by page on the Amazon website.
This forum is a user to user Help forum set up by Amazon for customers to help other customers with Amazon devices and the digital content for them. There is no forum for any other customer problems, they want you to talk to Customer Service. It was sometime within the last year that the emails stopped mentioning the product.
