When I send a message to a vendor the reply comes back formatted on a gray background. There is no button within the email to reply to it. I typed my reply on the background but the vendor could not read it. I had to reply again but first I deleted the original message. It there a better procedure?
How are you sending the message in the first place? If this is prior to a purchase being made, check their storefront for any Contact Info. IF there is a Contact Seller button on their store page, use that. Otherwise, IF they have an email listed, use your own email service. If this is after a purchase has been made, go to your Orders page and use the Contact Seller button to send a message.
If the issue is happening from using your own email service, you need to contact the email service to find out what is going on.
