I am watching Amazon on a Sony Bravia through my Desktop Computer connected with Cat 6 cable to the modem. have had no problems until 2 days ago when I suddenly get "Insufficient Bandwidth"- I check my Internet Connection speed and OOKLA shows me connected at over 50 mbps. Nothing has changed and all other 4K content streams just fine (Netflix, YouTube,.). The odd thing is that in the next room my son is watching and there is no problem with his connection which is exactly done the same way as in my room. What could be the problem?
I feel your pain same issue on PS4, works fine on Mac but I'm not into enjoying content on notebook. Something is wrong and they will never know as the call themselves Amazon because the staff are uncontactable hidden in the green inferno.
I get buffering at the beginning of a show, any and every show. I'm streaming through wireless, Google Mesh to my Sony A8G. I have Spectrum high speed, 500mbps and have no problems doing anything else, watching anything else or having all four of us watching Netflix on seperate devices at the same time. It is truely frustrating.
I have excellent WiFi connection and no buffering issues on Netflix yet trying to watch a show on Amazon Prime is painful. Constant buffering issues!!! There’s no reason technically on my side for this to continue. This has got to be an Amazon problem. Why am I paying for prime if I can’t even watch a show on this service?
