Have been a Prime member for several years and have accessed Prime Video on our TV successfully ever since it became available...until two or three days ago when it was blocked. We have Comcast Xfinity. Prime payment is current. Internet, Netflix, etc. are all up and working. So far, Comcast folks are at a loss. There are no error codes, but in addition to the Prime Eligibility message popping up when we make a selection, there is a separate message about a Prime Video thirty day free trial...as if we don't have an account.
Amazon Prime's videohelp site is a gargantuan maze of possible problems and error codes...have no idea where to start so that route is useless to us.
