I want to go back to the beginning of a series (Dead Like Me) but it keeps putting me at the last episode of the series. I can hit back arrow multiple times but then I have to track where I was. I think when you finish the episodes it should take you back to the first episode or at least offer some means of re-establishing its pointer back to the start. Millions of people will watch a good series over and over but I don't know anyone who wants to keep watching the last episode over and over.

Hi Hibby0825!
First of all, great choice in programming! Dead Like Me is amazing! I just have a quick clarifying question to help me get more information from you so one of our Forum Pros or regulars or myself can assist you further. On what device are you accessing Prime Video? Is this happening across many devices for you? Thanks in advance for answering so myself or a peer can try and help further!
Also, welcome to the digital and device forums! Usually a peer or fellow customer has an amazing answer on here for any and all kinds of issues, so you're certainly in the right place for advice and guidance!

I use a Tivo box with Comcast cable. Haven't tried this with other series yet because I haven't gotten to the end and wanted to restart at season 1 episode 1. I can get to the episodes but its weird that it always goes back to the last in the season.

hello!
Try this:
Go to the Series page
underneath the picture/poster is
listed "Season 1" " Season 2" , etc.
Tap the Season you were watching...
then scroll down further on the page
and you should see each show listed from 1., 2., and so forth.
Tap the number of the show you want to view again.
(there's also options to Download)
Hope this helps!

Usually my video apps. take me to the exact place where I left off.....which I appreciate!
If I want to "to back" , I just slide the "time-bar" at the bottom of video.
Or I do as I suggested in an earlier post and go back to an earlier episode.
good luck
