To the other poster: " Fix it!!! " This is a customer to customer forum so, no, neither I nor any other customer can fix it. But Amazon might if you stop yelling and talk to them.
The 2nd post in this thread is from Amazon Staff. I agree that a polite attitude is helpful, but it appears this is not just a customer forum and Amazon is likely aware?
I'm having the same problem. Newer LG TV from 2018 is reporting an Internet Connection Problem and won't connect to Prime Video. All my other apps (Netflix, Disney, etc.) work fine on this TV. I have another LG TV from 2016 that is working just fine. Any ideas?

Same problem since yesterday in both my LG tvs, anyone found a solution yet?
It was working fine, suddenly it stopped with the message of nor having Internet. Have reset both tvs, the modem and router and the issue persists.

1) got my laptop computer
2)log in to Amazon.com/mytv
3)sign in
4)selected on show the code in on laptop the code
5)verified my tv
and it started working the prime
app
6)20 mins later code 1060 poped up
7)"retry "
then it went out stopped again
8).....but...turned off the tv
turned on tv again the app is fine " so far"
waiting to hear from Amazon
