I have the same issue....but just started a fewonths ago. Netflix and other casts don't have his...HAS to be an Amazon setting vs hardware... Any solutions since this March 18 posting......
I am having the same issue. Only Amazon video has a blue tint while watching. Netflix does not have this issue on the same laptop. How do I fix the amazon blue tint?

i have seen this issue on google chrome (pixelbook), and the issue does not happen in chrome incognito mode. initial customer service has been disappointing, i got redirected to 3 reps before they redirected me to another team.
solution: if you're seeing the same symptoms i'm seeing, try chrome://extensions/ and disabling each extension (refresh the prime video each time) to see which extension is the culprit. for me, it was some issue with the viral-launch extension.

this was the culprit for me too! thanks for the tip.
I can't figure out how to remove the blue transparent tinted screen that is present only on my amazon prime video.
Help.
That’s a puzzle. There isn’t a noticeable blue tint on Prime videos when I watch on either my Fire Stick or on my Fire tablet.
Could it have to do with a setting on whatever device you’re watching?

Contact Amazon directly.
If all else fails, Amazon is 24/7 at https://www.amazon.com/contact-us

I had this same issue. Toggling extensions off/on solved it.
For those who read this, my Viral Launch - Market Intelligence extension was causing my problem.
this was the culprit for me too! thanks for the tip.
