I am extremely frustrated. For two weeks now everytime I try to read a book in my kindle app or using kindle cloud reader I get an "error opening content message." I have updated my browser, cleared cache and cookies, tried safari instead, it's always the same. I sent the latest book I tried to read back for a refund but who knows if thatg will go through. Why can't I read the books I'm buying???? I can read previews as well, but as soon as I purchase the books- poof, no more reading for me.
I have a problem with my Kindle device. Every document I have on it I sent it through the mail, but I cannot open it. It says that it had to be downloaded and that I had to wait for a couple of minutes. But, after that I am getting the message that my download was not successful and that I have to try the option again. My Kindle is connected to wifi and that is the reason why I do not acctually know why is this happening.
If anyone know how to solve this issue, please contact me.
