I called customer service and she was no help. I told her I had like 85 ebooks on my iPad under my Kindle app and now I only have 33. I also told her that I spent a lot of money on these books. I asked her if she wanted receipts and she was like can you give me the order numbers. Well I figured I'd get the information quicker. No such luck.
