1. Made sure phone is NOT on silent and volume is turned up.
2. Made sure push notifications are turned on and NOT delivered silently for the Amazon app (both within the app and iPhone settings).
3. Deleted and reinstalled Amazon app.
4. Restarted phone.
5. Erased iPhone and restored from backup
6. Erased iPhone and setup as new
Any other suggestions for resolving this issue?
Hey dl30, Please check your notifications in the iPhone settings by navigating Settings > Notifications > Amazon App and check to make sure these settings reflect your desired notification result.

Yep! Everything is setup correctly. See attached image.
Notifications are not making any sound (or vibrating—though I was told notifications will not vibrate by another moderator) when delivered. They also do not wake up my phone screen like notifications from other apps will.
