Got a notice about an update on Friday 30th Aug and a prompt to redownload (Android phone app). Did the redownload but since then half the songs are now corrupted - I play a song and then sometime after playback has started I get a random garbled sound and the track skips to the next one. Some tracks are fine. Is there anyway I can force a refresh of all downloaded music (my offline list is much smaller than my online list so would like to preserve it).
Any thoughts? Otherwise I'll just remove the lot and rebuild my offline music.
In your Amazon Music app, go to Settings > ClearCache, then go to Settings > Refresh My Music. Restart your phone and try again. Hopefully that does the trick! if not, then I would recommend removing all Offline Music and downloading it again.
