When I'm listening to an album with tracks that segue from one to the next, the Amazon Music app inserts a short period of silence at the notional track-change point. How can this annoyance be disabled so that one can enjoy, say, each side of Dark Side of the Moon (or other such prog rock compositions) straight through, uninterrupted?
Currently gapless playback is not a feature on Amazon Music's App or in Prime Music. I'm sorry I didn't have a resolution today but that doesn't mean one won't be coming soon! Some of the best innovations on our products come from feedback from customers with specific requests and you can always submit that here.
There is also a related forum thread here. Also, welcome to the digital and device forums! Usually a peer or fellow customer has an amazing answer on here for any and all kinds of issues, so you're certainly in the right place for advice and guidance!
