I had an iPhone 6 with the Amazon Cloud Cam App installed. It worked perfectly. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8. When I install the Amazon Cloud Cam App and sign in, I get Live View video for about 10 seconds, then the screen darkens a bit, I see three dots scrolling right, then I get a popup message saying "Connecting is taking longer than expected". I do hear audio. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue so Live View video will work on my iPhone 8?
If I uninstall then reinstall the Amazon Cloud Cam App, once again I get about 10 seconds of perfect audio and Live View before it fails. Previously captured audio and video play just fine.
I am trying to use the app on my iPhone 8 over my home Wi-Fi network as well as 4G cell service. The app worked properly on the iPhone 6 on both my home Wi-Fi network and 4G cell service when I was away from home.
