I have three Wemo plugs no longer in use. They are deleted from the Wemo app but I can’t get them to permanently delete from Alexa. They just keep showing up as New and Unresponsive.
How do I fix?
Hey Robert R, To remove a smart home device in the Alexa app or alexa.amazon.com, select the Devices icon > [Your Device] > Menu > Trash Can icon.
Let me know if this works, and welcome to the Amazon forums!

I had a similar problem. I used the alexa.amazon.com page to "Forget" all the devices, but they came back. So I tediously removed them, one by one and that seemed to stick. Will all the duplicates, this was over 100 devices and my fingers hurt how from all the mousing and clicking...
Seems like it would be really greatif the "Forget all devices" button actually worked.
In my case, these were all "Philips Hue" devices created by way of the emulated_hue component in Home Assistant. So I never actually had the Hue skill installed, nor a real Philips hub.
