Can you plug a power strip into the Amazon Plug so that you can control more than one light from one plug?
Hey GateEd, The Amazon Plug only has an output of 15A and is only rated for 1 device at a time.
I hope this answers your question, and welcome to the Amazon forums!

I used a surge protector strip to control the Christmas lights in the house: 1 3 watt C9 bulb plus a second plug having 3 serially connected strands of led lights on the tree. Obviously very low draw but it worked.
Ed - Your power strip is one device, so everything plugged into it will obviously go on and off at the same time under smart plug control. Just be smart about the loads you have connected to the power strip and keep the total load well below the 15A rating. Space heaters, for instance, would be a bad idea. A couple of 100W lamps would be fine.
