Hi Community; Bought a two pack of these and thought the warranty would be included with product info in shipping. But alas NO. Now have contacted Amazon and they seem to be getting no answer from their own warranty team. I have reached out with multiple emails to the manufacturer and no response. SO has anyone bought one of these smart home plugs from this company and have any information? The one plug I've used is working great and I love it but if anything happens I need to know what the warranty. Yeah I know what your thinking....if it has been this hard to get the warranty if it ever fails think I could ever make a successful claim.

In most cases, warranties come from the manufacturer. In those cases, no, Amazon would not have any info on specifics on warranties, and/or what may still be covered IF the company goes out of business. Usually, if a company goes out of business (I have no clue as to whether the company in question is or isn't), then warranties tend to be voided and useless.
