Is there a way to attach a Cloud Cam to more than one Amazon account? Our use case is for my siblings and I to each use our personal Amazon accounts to view the Cloud Cams we have setup to keep tabs on our elderly mother. Alternatively, is there a way for the primary account holder tied to the Cloud Cam to give access to the Cloud Cam without full access to the entire Amazon account? If this is not presently a feature, how can I request this from the Amazon dev team?

"professional level gear" has nothing to do with being able to access a cloud feature. It's not like multiple users access the camera itself, you are simply accessing a cloud service which is receiving the stream. Seeing how Amazon has pretty much cloned the Nest service for this, and Nest offers this I'm pretty sure its coming. At least I sure hope so, it's needed.
But, Amazon isn't simply a cloud service. Each person's Amazon cloud is tied to their Amazon account, where personal info and bank info is saved, and where anyone with access can start purchasing things online. The work around suggested by JP above is about as close as anyone's going to get at this time.
