I have 3 WeMo Smart Plugs in my house which I can turn on/off in the Alexa app from the Smart Home screen, but when I try to create a Routine I only see 1 of my WeMo Smart Plugs as available Smart Home Devices to control. Is anyone else encountering this issue?
I'm sorry you're having trouble with your WeMo Smart Plugs.
I would advise to:
-Delete the routine, and then set it up again and retry.
-Troubleshoot each item in the routine that isn't working.
Follow the steps below for Philips Hue or WeMo:
From a desktop or mobile browser, navigate to alexa.amazon.com and log in using your Amazon account credentials.
Navigate to the "Smart Home" section.
Find the smart home Philips Hue or WeMo skill, and disable the skill.
Navigate to "Devices" and find the Philips Hue or WeMo lights.
Click "forget device."
Go to the "Skills" tab to find the Smart Home skill you just removed and click "Enable."
Follow the instructions to link your Philips Hue or WeMo account to your skill.
Alexa will automatically perform a rediscovery of your devices. You can also choose to do the rediscovery via voice, or via your Alexa App. The rediscovery will take 20 seconds. Make sure your lights are connected and turned on. Once the rediscovery is complete, you'll see your lights listed under the devices section of your Smart Home tab (e.g. "Hue White lamp 1"). You'll also be able to see the same devices via your Alexa App. Try controlling the lights via voice. For example, say "Alexa, turn off Hue White lamp 1." If you're able to control your lights now, you've successfully reset you skills and corresponding devices.
-Check the routine in the Alexa app.
