a week or two ago Amazon had a problem, but it was fixed. I sent the same file using both the Send to Kindle app and the Send to Kindle email method. Both of them worked and both showed up on my Your Content and Devices page on the Amazon website (linked under the upper right menu on every Amazon webpage) as well as on my Kindle. Perhaps the files are too big or in the wrong format or you sent them accidentally to the wrong device?
Can anyone help with this? (image Attached) I rent textbooks all the time but now it delivers but will not show up on my kindle. My network is fine but I look at proxy and don't know what to do. My class has started and I am so frustrated. I need the textbook I paid for. Any techies out there that can tell me what to do? Much appreciated.
