My old Kindle keyboard reader was accidentally left in the sun. It worked for a while afterward, but then the page turner started freezing, then froze completely. I have tried to Restart but it did not work. Any suggestions, or is it just fried?
it might be fried as well as too old (2010 model). You could try leaving it plugged into a computer overnight and see if that brings it back to life. Otherwise, talk to Customer Service (this is not it) for options as they might give you a small discount on a new one
"My old Kindle keyboard reader was accidentally left in the sun." You killed it. That cooked the battery and also probably ruined the display. Battery may be leaking internally due to being badly overheated and expanding and that will ruin the internals permanently.
