First check your MYCD (Contents and Devices) to see if the books are there. If not, they were either removed or it was a different email.
If you still can't find the books, contact Customer Service (this isn't it). There isn't a direct phone number -- you need to check for More Help on the help page and then select "Contact Us". Then you have a choice of a phone call (with a callback) or use chat. I prefer chat because there isn't a language/accent problem and you have a chance of saving a transcript of the conversation.
