I have a brand new paperwhite kindle reader which cant get into the store. How to fix this problem?
After touching the store button I get the response "store not available at this time" and a reference to amazon.com if problem persists. Well problem persists and here I am.

Have you verified that your Kindle is up to date with the latest software version available? You can find further information on how to check the current software version installed and update it if necessary on this page Fire & Kindle Software Updates.
Important: Remember that a factory reset will remove any content you've downloaded to your Kindle, make sure then to back up your personal content to your computer first. You'll be able to download your Amazon purchases from the Cloud after registering the device again.
