Just recently I noticed that my Voyage stays stuck on the usb Drive Mode screen after ejecting from my windows 10 pc. My voyage is running 5.8.11. The device does eject from USB according to the PC but I cannot access the kindle in any way. Anyone know how to correct?
I noticed in another thread that two other people suggested they were having the same problem. I know it's not exactly helpful but I just upgraded a few Oasis' and a Paperwhite and did not have any problem with any of them.
But as I said some others seem to be experiencing the same. If you're sure you are ejecting it correctly, perhaps the same as you've always done than I guess I would touch base with Amazon help.
Try rebooting your Kindle. Hold the power button on for about 30 seconds and then give it a couple of minutes to reboot. See if that fixes the problem.
