I have a Fire4k Cube - when I tell Alexa to change to 'netflix' or whatever it knows how to change the HDMI on my amp (Yamaha RVX-675) to HDMI3 with no problem from regular TV (which is HDMI4 on the amp). How do I tell Alexa to go back to HDMI 4 on the amp when changing back to regular TV? Everytime say "Alexa set HDMI to HDMI4", it changes it on the TV, not the amp. I know that Alexa can change HDMI inputs on the amplifier since I can see it on the screen, i just need to figure how to get it to go to HDMI4 !
I have all my devices plugged into my Onkyo receiver with one HDMI cable to the television. Using the Cube 2.0 I say keyword switch to satellite, keyword switch to Fire TV, or keyword switch to Blue Ray. Note that satellite, Fire TV, and Blue Ray etc. need to be the names in the manage devices from the setup menu. Also "switch" is a reserved word to change user; however, it does change my hdmi inputs on my receiver.
