Just a thought, have you tried the setting that allows the system to select the best resolution automatically? Sorry, I do not have a 4K television and I can not test this issue. I do utilize the 4K Firesticks because of its faster speed and the on/off television button as well as the volume control.
Hi Anshuman, even I am having the exact same problem with Fire TV Stick 4k on VU Premium Android(43-OA) and Amazon is saying that the problem must be with tv and Vu Technical Guys are not able to resolve the issue, they tried to do an update through USB for TV but still it didn't got fixed, now I am clueless that who is at fault, even I have replaced TV twice for this issue and now Flipkart is denying for a 3rd time replacement
Hey @Anshuman_C , have you found any solution to the problem?
I have replaced my Fire TV Stick 4k, new one would be delivered today, if it fixes the issue well and good, if it doesn't would be returning the TV tomorrow and would go with some other brand or might give another chance to VU Premium once again.
Although Vu guys are not at all helping to get the issue resolved, I am everyday calling them and sending mails to them, and they have same reply each time that they have escalated the issue, really bad Customer Support.
Hi @Arijit16, please mail the issue to "email@example.com" and "firstname.lastname@example.org" and tell them about it, many users are facing it and for my TV twice they have sent a technician to my home for software change but both times they have provided June update only in USB which was default the first time, now last week they sent me a mail that they need 15-20 days to fix the issue.
Even another user is facing this issue, I have suggested same to him, just send them the mail with screenshots so that they get an update from Hisense and then provide that to our TVs to fix this issue.
