I am trying to set up my Firestick 4K and it will let me select the language and the network but when I enter my password it will not connect. I have 3 other Firesticks that connect and work properly. I have tried rebooting the router and the Firestick. I have researched and can’t find any info on this problem.
I would contact Amazon for a replacement. I have 4 $K sticks and they are temperamental especially with respect to the power supply. If you are not using the power supply that came in the box with the 4 K stick ((like I did when I was replacing an earlier stick with the 4K) the failure mode is undefined and multiple types of failure will occur on the same 4K Fire Stick depending upon where it failed during the boot cycle. Amazon will replace your faulty Fire Stick and you can use the box the new one comes in to send the faulty one back.
