I had been using my Firestick 4K fine for a few weeks with access to all of my cable channels off of the Xfinity stream app. This morning when we turned on our tv most of my Xfinity cable channels are gone from the app and the channels listed on the live section are not accessible either. Anyone know what we can do?
I'm sorry that this is happening. Please try to follow these simple steps:
1. Turn off your router/modem, and then wait 30 seconds.
2. Turn on your router/modem, and then wait for it to restart.
3. While your network hardware restarts, just disconnect the power cord (from the back of the device or from the power outlet) and then plug it back in.
You can also use your remote to restart your device, with the following instructions:
Press and hold the Select and Play/Pause buttons at the same time, for about five seconds. Or, select Settings > Device or My Fire TV > Restart from the Fire TV menu.
If they won't work, please try a reset of your device, which can solve intermittent problems. After you reset your device, complete setup again. You can find instructions on how to reset your device here.
