two weeks ago while watching Netflix the movie stopped and buffered for a few minutes. Then the fire stick says unable to display content. Pressed the home button and it says unable to access home, go to network settings. Here it says connected (to my network) but with problems. Now it happens 2-4 times every couple hours.
WiFi signal is full in this area with all other devices when placed beside the fire stick. Nothing else loses connection in my entire house. Internet TV speed test shows 86Mb/s.
Don't tell me it's my wifi, ISP, or router. Nothing else in my home does this.
Please go to the signal strength issue and identify the signal strength (poor, fair, good, very good). Buffering issues may be present for any signal strength less than "very good". WIFI signal is "full" has no bearing on the issue. If you get a home not found I have found it to be every time (in my case) I am on the wrong WIFI network (I have three), or my FIOS signal has been disrupted, or the router needed to be rebooted. Other devices may work fine; however, the through put of the Fire Stick may exceed the capabilities of your network at that particular point in time (depending upon what the other devices are doing.)
