I have a Cube and around 20 Hue bulbs and am not experiencing this problem ( I have other issues but not this one). I think we need more info from you. What make & model TV do you have? Do you have a Hue Bridge? Your question sounds like you have only a single bulb, is this correct? If not, is the problem only with a single bulb?
I got this email from Hue yesterday and wondering if you might have a similar issue:
We noticed you haven't signed in to your Hue account with your email address for quite a while. Since late 2017, we ask Hue users to verify their email addresses, so we can reach them in case of important updates. Please sign in with your email address and password and complete your Hue account.
Once I got my Hue Bridge setup and everything configured, I sort forget that it's around at all. It's buried under my desk, in the tangle of cables going to my router and switch.
Another possibility you might want to check is that I've had more problems with BR30 bulbs over the years than any other. The standard A19 bulbs work fine, day after day, month after months. But I have a bunch of BR30s myself and one or another of them are always falling out of the mesh. When you've got some free time, try putting a couple of A19s in those same fixtures and turn the lights off and see what happens to your TV.
