CBS app. keeps dropping out for up to 5 seconds and lately out altogether with error code UVP 1004. Happened with 6 meg. internet and now 12 meg internet. 2 kindles, laptop and printer running on home secured wifi.
What did CBS say when you asked them about the problem? Their servers provide the content. The device you're using has nothing to do with any problems they (CBS) May be having.

Use the HELP link at the bottom of any Amazon page, then NEED MORE HELP...then CONTACT US...and CONTACT US again...select CALL or CHAT. The Call option allows you to input your phone number, and they will call you. Don't use email, and don't Google for a phone number, the results are scam numbers.
