Hey all, I've been having issues with my Firestick (2nd Gen)...I've had it for 6 mos. and every time I watch something (Netflix, Prime Video or NHL app), I will regularly get "No Signal" messages on my Vizio tv. It only lasts about 2-3 seconds and picks right back up. It can happen twice in a few minutes or once every half hour or so. Enough to be supremely annoying. Everything I can find online pointed to potential router issues. With this in mind, and just plain wanting an upgrade, I have since replaced my router. Issues continue. I've rotated through HDMI ports and the issue remains. Also, the same services work seamlessly on the smart tv, this issue only occurs when using Firestick to stream instead of apps built in to tv. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Mine is doing the same its really annoying i think it must be a product fault i was reading a thread where they were saying it might be overheating its a shame was working brilliantly but nearly unwatchable now
I don't think this is overheating. In my case I can have this problem after few minutes.
What is strange is that the sound continues but the video stops for 2-3 seconds. This is very annoying with my Optoma projector, since with HDR it will take some time to catch the video stream another time.
WiFi speed is almost 300 Mb, so that cannot be the problem. No difference with 1080p, UHD or HDR.
