My Fire Stick keeps telling me that my home screen is not available and that I should check Network status. My network is operating fine. I have tried to join another network, and although I am inputting the correct SSID and password, it rejects it. Also, when I try to scan for networks nothing happens. I've unplugged the device and have even put it in another hdmi port, and still nothing works. Please advise!
Had the same challenge setting up the 2nd Fire TV Remote in home. Followed same routine as Atinawuk . . . NOW, did access Apps which I thought interesting even though "Home" and everything else wasn't available. What am I missing here? DinghyGirl
Same here. I unplugged power and now you cannot get the plug to go back in. This was my third and last stick. USB plugs on Amazon devices either won't stay in or won't let the plug go in. This was my 4th device that are useless because of the usb plug
I have found that erratic behavior was caused by using the TV USB port to power the stick instead of the amazon plug to provide power. Only one of my 4 TV's has a plug that is mostly compatible with the stick and even that one set a screen message that I should utilize their plug.
