Same proble why should we call TNT when it amazon device with the proble. I deleted the all catch . I made sure nothing was there and restarted my fire stick reload app same proble.Amazon needs to take care of this
I haven't had any luck yet either. used to work just fine prior to single sign-in was available. I successfully logged out of my tv provider and logged back in via the foxnow app, but nothing has changed. if anybody figures this out, please post.
It’s January 30th 2019 and this problem still exists. It is pretty annoying that I cannot use TNT. The response is to contact Amazon. The remote does not allow selection of several buttons. I have uninstalled, cleared cache, reset fire tv, and to no avail, nothing works, apparently as time has shown since last October this is a permanent issue with no consideration to fix. Sad.
Since this is an ongoing issue its pointless for people without an actual working solutions to make “suggestions.” We all have internet and are capable of basic functions. If you don’t have a solution that will fix the problem then let the grown ups talk. Everyone has tried uninstalling, clearing cache, calling tech support, and trying it on other platforms. None of those are solutions. Anyone have anything that works???
All this complaining about Apps not working on a FireTV Device.
I would imagine these companies that want to operate there Apps on the Amazon FireTV OS are given the parameters. It would be that company's responsibility to develop and test that it operates in that OS environment, and all updates to it.
I can not see how it is up to Amazon to develop or maintain these Apps. They dont care if it operates on them or not, since it is not there App. That responsability lies with the company that developed and maintains that App.
You do however have a legit beef if it is Silk, Amazon Video, or any of the Amazon developed and owned Apps.
