For the second time in as many months, HBO Now lets met get as far as hitting "play" before I get the message: "An Error Occurred - We're unable to play this video right now. Please try again later." The only option is to hit "OK." This is for ALL HBO Now content. There's no problem with viewing on my laptop, but who wants to do that?
The first time it happened, I fixed it--as I recall--by canceling my subscription and re-subscribing. And now it's happened again but in the middle of a subscription cycle.
