Any time I attempt to open an app's information page, I receive the "App Could Not Be Found" error on my Fire TV Stick. This happens on EVERY app I try to browse online, and some pre-installed. My internet connection seems fine, as I can play videos no problem. It's JUST the apps that are giving me trouble. I've been working on this for over two hours, and don't feel like I've made any progress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
It’s not happening on my Fire Stick, so I don’t think it’s a system-wide issue. Sounds like an app launcher issue since it’s only happening with your apps and not with videos. On Fire TV, go to Settings > Help > Contact Us, and Amazon Customer Service will call you almost immediately and troubleshoot with you.
They might have you clear the AppStore App cache & data, but it’s better to hear this from them because this action will delete all app data.
