I am currently having an issue with saving videos to the SD card with apps like Disney+, hulu, and Netflix. When logged on to my profile, as the parent, I can tell the app to save all downloaded videos to the SD card. However, when switching over to my child's profile the option (in the app) to save to the SD card is no longer there, and will only save to the internal storage.
My child's profile does have access to the SD card, as I have manually put videos on their via the computer and she can watch them on her tablet. Also some apps are saved to the SD card. Please help.

Hello Thorn!
Welcome to the Forums. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the SD card and your child profile. Please let us know which device you're having the issue with. We look forward to hearing from you!
How does removing the apps I don't use help? This isn't a storage space issue. The SD card has +30gb of free space. And like I said the option is not there at all when using my child's profile. From a programming stand point this sounds more like a permissions issue.

Hi there Thorn!
Welcome back, and thank you for your response. Please try removing any apps you don't use by following these steps.
Note: Amazon purchased content is automatically saved to the Cloud. Removing it from your device does not delete it from your Amazon account.
You can also try clearing your cache and data as well. Let us know if this helps.
Have a great day!
