I am having so much trouble with the Kindle since this issue started last week. I am trying to change my sons settings, but I can't even access his profile from the Profiles & Family Library. Everytime I try it just goes back to the main settings menu. I am so frustrated with this device, it has been nothing but a headache since we got it.

Hi! This issue in this post is Resolved. Please follow the below steps:
1. See if your device has any Software updates available.
2. Remove and re-add the child profile. This would resolve the issue! To Manage Amazon FreeTime Profiles and Content click here.
