I have enabled kids skill on the Alexa app disabled and enabled again however Alexa is still asking me to enable - can you help please

I am sorry you are having this issue.
To better assist you, what skill do you have this issue with? Did you restart your device to see if this resolves the issue? Just unplug your device or the power adapter from the power outlet. Then plug it back in.
Also make sure you have the latest Software update on your device. Say, "Check for software updates" to install software on your Echo device.
