I can't get my Alexa dot to connect to the internet

We're sorry you're having an issue connecting your Dot to the Internet.
As a first step, please restart your modem and/or router, then restart the Echo Dot.
If you're trying to setup a brand new device, make sure you have the latest version of the Alexa app on your mobile, and follow these steps:
If this is not a new device and you have previously registered it, try this:
If you don't see your Wi-Fi network, scroll down and select Add a Network (for hidden networks) or Rescan.
