So i bought an echo and i already deeply regret it, but before i return it i want to make sure i have not missed anything. I could not receive a text message from amazon so i tried setting it up with a different phone number. Now its locked to that phone number. No problem call amazon support to remove it, except they can't. No problem just go to the website to edit it. Except you can't. No problem just change it on the Alexa app. Except you can't. What can i do? Well i can return it... Am i missing anything or is amazon account management literally the worst of any company?
