Sorry you feel this way. What you’ve described has not been my experience. I use the Help section of the Alexa App or the Help links at the bottom of any Amazon website and use the Contact Us link and I am immediately for the most part connected to someone from Amazon. Just a little while ago I had an issue with a product I bought from their website. Contacted Customer Support and they are sending me a replacement. As for Echo devices yes some of the features don’t always work exactly as planned but most do. What are the issues you are having with your devices. Maybe I can help?
When i swipe up to dismiss a recurring alarm, the alarm set icon doesnt reappear under the time. And yes, ive reset the damn thing, re-made the alarm multiple times
