I have a 3rd Generation Echo Dot, and have recently added an Echo Sub to my collection.
I have tried to setup a Speaker/Subwoofer Pair, and both Echo & Sub are on the same Wireless Network, however when I try to setup the pair, I select the Echo Dot, and then the Sub shows as "Connectivity Error". - Would really like a fix to this, wanna blast out all the bass! :(
I was able to set up my two Echos as a stereo pair, but for some reason they don't show up in Spotify as available devices. They will play as part of my "First Group," which includes every device in the house, but they don't show up either individually or as a pair. I can't figure out how to fix this. Any ideas?

Echo sub working only with Amazon music, Spotify, Deezer, etc, not working from any streaming skill like simpleradio skill. Buyers should be notyfied about this. </pre>
I have lost track now of how many times I have tried to link my echo devices to one another. I have tried to create a stereo pair (two echo dots 3rd generation) that are in the same room, and I have tried to create a multi-room setup so that all devices (4 echo dot 3rd gen + 1 echo 2nd gen) play at the same time.
I always have the same issue: I go to the create a <group> and as soon as I select a device all other devices are no longer available to select. I have tried starting with each different device. I have tried unplugging everything and starting over. I have tried reloading the devices. I did finally manage to get my 2 echo dots in the living both assigned the preset "Living Room" group - but no matter what I do, only one of them will play (Yes, I asked it play music in the Living Room). All devices are on the same network. My app is up to date. I have done everything I've seen in this forum at least twice.
How the hell do I get these things to work together - its extremely frustrating.
For those having issues with the "standard" advice listed here and on the official support page: Do the entire unplug the device(s) thing, PLUS unplug your router. Then proceed with the directions for setting up each device and then add multi-room group. Exceedingly irritating, but it worked.
