Hi - I have this issue. How do I resolve it? I had the light bulbs as not responding. I deleted them from my Alexa App (they were connected directly to my Echo plus - no Phillips hue hub) to attempt to reinstall, but I've been unable to do so, even after entering the serial number of the bulb to try to reset it.
Do I need to download an update somehow?

Welcome to the Amazon Digital and Device Forum!
Quick question, did you do a restart to the Echo Plus before trying to reconnect bulb?
Is there a way to "re-baseline" an Alexa account? I have 48 hue lights that are working fine within the Hue app, but the Alexa app will not enable the Hue skill--but oddly I can still voice control them on and off with Alexa...I have uninstalled and installed them several times...very time consuming and frustrating. Also, I moved and they were all working fine (last week) at my old house. The lights are all color, but will not dim or change color with the Alexa app. They do dim and change color with the hue app, so I know it's not my lights.
Alexa couldn’t connect to my hue bulbs despite them working with Alexa for a month. Removed the hue bulbs from the Alexa app, tried to rediscover (followed all steps) and now my Sonos Beam won’t even discover the hue lights. It’s as if they aren’t there - but they are, I can use the Hue app with no issues. Also tried disabling/enabling the Hue skill and that didn’t work either.
