If it was fixed, well, it's broke again. Same something went wrong message, won't read notifications and the yellow light ring flashing is quite annoying. Tried rebooting a couple of times, once for about 15 minutes unplugged to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Oct 23rd, Northern California: first experience with "sorry something went wrong". Whatever this bug is, it keeps cropping up as I noticed the first posted one on here is June this year. Staff, any idea how long it will be down? Not such a big issue for me but I have a college student who relies on the device for morning alarm and appointments and reminders while in school.
Ya well it is doing it again. It sure would be nice to get some actual communication from Amazon when this stuff happens. I have 7 Echo devices in this house and was preparing to wire my mothers house the same way. I think I'll hold off on the second place and look into Google's Assistant for her.
I have two ECHO SHOW devices. Only one is giving me the "sorry something went wrong" reply. I am in Ohio and it be
gan first thing this morning. So frustrating! It is a bit comforting to know that this is not an isolated event. I guess it is true that misery loves company. I hope it is resolved soon. From reading past posts, you would think that by now Amazon would have permanently resolved the issue.
