I've had my Echo Show for 2 months and a couple of days ago, the screen has started to flicker. It's mostly at the bottom where the blue line appears when you wake Alexa up but sometimes the whole screen will flicker. A reboot will make it go away but it comes back and sometimes it'll quit for awhile before starting again. Anyone else have this problem? I'm past the window of returning for a new one but still under warranty but haven't been able to find any solid information for getting customer support.

I've had my Echo Show for about three weeks and a week ago the screen started to flicker. I power cycled and it went away for about five minutes. I then did a reset but it did not help. Otherwise it works fine but the flicker is annoying. Could use some help. I love the technology and when it was working, the Echo Show is just AWESOME.
I received mine for Christmas and have the screen flicker as well. I call customer service tonight and long story short, I have to send this one in to see if they can fix it, if not, they will replace it. Hoping it won’t happen again.
Mine started flickering and I thought it was a cellphone signal. I connected it elsewhere and realized it is the screen, and apparently a common problem. I am out of the returning period or else, I would return it. I just purchased it in December. I called (you get access to customer support right away through the app) and they were very proactive and sent me the shipping label. I was going to return it that day and it is now somewhat fine. It has not flickered as much. I will still return it though. Is pretty upsetting that you buy an expensive item and turns out with glitches just 2 months after purchasing.
Hello, I am also having problems with lines at the bottom of the screen right about where the blue line is. Will go away for a short time but then comes back. I guess I'll get hold of customer support and return it for repair.
All .. I've had all of the above problems and tried the re-boot, power-on/off stuff and it fixed it for a short while, but quickly re-appeared. Tonight I did a full factory reset back to defaults under the device options menu ... I let it do its stuff which they call "optimizing" which I assume is an upgrade to the latest release. It was clear whilst watching that that the graphics driver got upgraded as it was flickering as before and then suddenly cleared. I now have a fully functional Echo Show with no screen problems :) So, don't rush to send your machines back as it looks like this is a software thing that you can fix yourselves.
I have had all of the above issues and tried everything, including factory resetting the device. That did not work either. The screen is still flickering. It starts on the bottom and in some cases, the whole screen starts flickering. Rebooting, powering on/off takes care of it, but only for a few minutes. Purchased this just a couple of months ago, so it's now out of the "return period". I will also now be calling to have mine returned and hopefully fixed or replaced.
Same problem here, and already sent mine back once. It comes and goes, and does not seem to be affected by a gentle smack, heat or resets. Will be uploading video next time it happens, but plan to contact Amazon for service.
