My Echo Dot "Kids" has been dropping WiFi connectivity every week on and off for the past month. I've updated my router and talked w/ my internet provider, and I have no issues with any other Alexa device in my house. I've done the troubleshooting tips provided through Amazon's helpdesk; called Amazon and walked through updates. It worked for a day and then stopped working. The error message I get is "Sorry, I can't do that right now." I wanted to change wifi to the 2.4gHz but cannot get the orange light to come on to initiate the setup procedures. HELP?!
