I have a new Amazon Show that refuses to register. I enter the same username and password as I do for my account and I get a registration error (reads: the information you entered does not match an Amazon account. Please try again). There are 5 other devices associated with this account, two of which I have on the same network. This is a business account. Has anyone encountered this and do you have a solution? Thanks.
The solution for any registration problem is always to contact Customer Service. It's not that unusual for some device to just refuse to register, and it generally requires them to clear out the database on Amazon's end to resolve it. Nobody else can do that for you.
